50.0 miles

Clackamas Lake Ranger Station
Timothy Lake, OR

The 2008 race is a 50 mile run along the Pacific Crest Trail that begins and ends at the Clackamas Lake Ranger station located next to Timothy Lake and includes a climb of 5300 feet to Timberline Lodge on Mt Hood.

Starting time is 6:30 a.m.

You'll be able to register for the race through Signmeup.com beginning on 01-Jan-2008. Participation will be limited to the first 150 entries. Contact Monika Gold for additional information.

This run is part of the Oregon Trail Ultramarathon Race Series. The PCT 50 mile run is the second longest event in the trail series and as such, is a great chance to rack up points.

Co-race directors Olga Varlamova and Monika Gold bring you a beautiful race entirely along Pacific Crest trail. We have the same course as last year, a great set of volunteers and every runner has a chance to spot bigfoot. Hope to see you at the starting line!
