No sale of personal information. Ever. Period.

We Endure will not sell any personally-identifiable information to any third party. It's within the realm of possibility that aggregated stats might be used for something, in the far off future, but even then, it won't be anything specific to any user.

Email Policy

The only email you will get from We Endure is email you choose to get. By default you will receive notification for certain events from the site (namely new comments, new friends and the like). You can change these settings in your user profile.

Children Prohibited

The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) restricts what information can be collected from children under 13. For this reason, children under 13 are prohibited from using We Endure. Children 13 and over may participate with the permission and guidance of their parent or guardian. Users of all ages are warned not to provide profile information without weighing the risks and benefits, and never to provide their phone number, address or other critical personal data on-line.

General Guidelines

It's quite simple. Don't be a jerk. If you harass people, you'll find your account locked out or deleted without warning. If you need a more explicit list of things you shouldn't do, well, here's something to get you started:

• Don't choose an offensive username. If your username is deemed offensive by the operators of We Endure it will be changed for you
• Don't choose a username that might cause people to think you are in some way affiliate with the site (WeEndure is already reserved, don't try it!)
• Don't upload offensive images for use in the site. Anything x-rated will be deleted without notice
• Seriously, just don't be a jerk!

Mumbo Jumbo

These terms and conditions could, in theory, change at any time. I can't really say why they would, but who knows. At the very least I absolutely guarantee that your personal information will never be shared, anything else could change, but, really, I doubt it will. I just have to cover my ass, you know?
