Ran very slow for two miles then picked up the pace to the end. Decided to change attitude and try to push through some barriers. Today wasn't fast but relative to fatigue Ryan and I have from Saturday and Monday's run, this was a good solid effort.

Ran with Ryan, Jim and Dave on this recovery-paced run. First few miles were pretty tired - got better each mile.

Ran out 10.95 w/ Ryan. Met Brad and Steve Lauri for the return 8.7 at 6:50ish clip. Nice day - spontaneous run - didn't plan it but it came together last night. Good run for Ryan 4 weeks out from his marathon.

Recovery run on the trail - lots of walking when it seemed like I should look out at the cool views around me. Cold this morning - ice on everything outside the tent.

Trail run - trail and packed dirt road - no flat spots at all - just up one hill and down another. A few hills had to be walked in parts - walked .05 miles and ran .25, repeat as necessary to get to the top. Good strength run. Not very impressive but it is the longest run I've been able to get out there.
