Meandered all over town in the fog this morning. By quitting time the sun was out - warmth! The run was in two segments. The first 6 miles were slow while I ran with one friend. The second friend tag-teamed me and I got in another 5.5 miles at a much faster pace. All in all, it was enough to make me want to stop running for the day. I'm pretty much beat for this week.
