I tried to get up early today and run. Too dark and too wet. The blue sky appeared this afternoon (all the fields around here are now flooded). It wasn't easy to run. Joints are stiff and achey. Tendons are tight. I think too much unhealthy(but good :-) food and lazin' around for two whole days was not conducive to good running. Hopefully all will be better tomorrow.
