Last of the recovery runs today. It almost is more tiring running slow than at marathon pace - Erik, Candi, and I hit the roads and enjoyed the feeling of fall in the air. Erik and I picked up the pace on the last 3miles - actually gained some energy through that. Not sure about time but this was close - tried to keep the average around 9/mile...
