I think it is the weather. I procrastinated just enough on Mon-Tue that I did not run. Today, I took off work but did not run until noon. I ran up on a geezer and thought I'd slow down and run with him for awhile - the old dog pushed me hard, and we parted directions about half-way through. One step at a time, the most important is getting out of bed. Hope you find your giddyup. Run this weekend?
