Route plus two extra hills at the end. Felt better today than yesterday but it will take all week to get back to where this if fun and comfortable. Saw half a dozen nice deer and loads of wild turkeys - beautiful sunrise.

Good run. Way to go, steady effort after yesterday's milage. You'll be charging hard by mid-week.
I drove to Portland yesterday and spent the day with Cat, returning about 9 pm last night. Legs felt fresh today - not tired at all. Things are coming together.
