Afternoon run - very tired run today. Left knee pretty sore from downhills lately - I ran up the hills tonight much faster than going down. Glad I ran but might need to take tomorrow off. Lots of wild turkeys out tonight - in the road and fields and forests - must be mating season. Wild flowers were beautiful (lots of wild irises this time of year - their brilliant purple alongside the bright yellow of Oregon grape - very pretty.)
