Another perfect day to run - cool, clear and with friends. Erik, Jim and Shane and Dave and Rick ran. Jill and Candi rode bikes threatening to whip us if we slowed down. With that threat, we chose to start and stay slow. Actually, this was exactly what we needed to do today. I have to confess: I was very tired by mile 16 - glad we didn't do the full 20 as I had previously considered - Erik made a good decision and, perhaps for the first time, we did the "smart" thing.
