I think I have one real pet hate for each type of road user in London. For cars it's not using their indicators, for pedestrians it's strolling along in clearly marked cycle lanes and for cyclists? Well, it's basically cyclists who jump red lights. However, there is a slight variation on the cycling one which winds me up even more, and which I saw the 'perfect' example of today. It's when a cyclist is mooching along slowly and their lack of urgency prevents me from crossing a light on green. The light turns red, I stop, and they roll leisurely past me, through the red light without a care in the world. That's really no good for my blood pressure.
