Pissing down rain for the Norwegian Run this morning. Thank god I wasn't doing the half. Been fighting off a cold this week, so I guess this won't help.

That said, it was a nice little jaunt. Ran all the way home afterward, although I couldn't have gotten any wetter. Running in the rain is kind of soothing and meditative.
