Rather than say "that was bad", I'm going to say "at least I went out". It was actually pretty warm this morning. No breeze, so i had to take my gloves off. Too hot.

Normally I do the last two miles faster than the first, but I just felt sluggish the whole way. Talked my way out of cutting across the park at the great lawn for a 3m and continued on to the 4. So, mind over matter. blah blah.
