Real struggle of willpower today. Exhausted on the run - took every bit of effort to convince myself to keep going for at least 4m.

I'm going to write off the tiredness as being my friend Andrew's fault and the stupid xbox 360 I gave myself for Christmas. He bought me Star Wars Lego game for a belated birthday present and holy crap it's good. We played for 9 hours yesterday, then felt like we needed fresh air at 12:30am so went to get a pint (yeah, real fresh air!). Had to get out of the apartment.

Went for a run today before I got sucked into it again.
