Nike+ on the big fritz total. Kept turning itself off and didn't record anything for the start. It was a mile off by the end. :(

Attempting to hack the file now and fix it. Doing some funky 'playing in files I shouldn't be playing in' stuff.

UPDATE: Man, I actually fixed it. The graph is still hinky, but at least the time and distance is correct now. I found out how to do it here:

In OSX, you have to turn on hidden files in Terminal, in case you're wondering.

Now, the run. I took the last week off for a couple of reasons. First, my left hamstring has been bothering me, so I thought I'd give it a break. And then there was the cold. I dunno, I'd started to get all motivated again and was loving that I could wear shorts while running in the mornings again. And then the temps plummeted and I just couldn't face the cold mornings anymore. It was like my brain had already switched over to spring running mode and couldn't rewind to the 'I must wear layers, gloves, and a beanie to run'.

This morning I sucked it up and went out, overdressed and all. Well, I felt overdressed. I wasn't. It was fri-gid. Doesn't help that I'm a whimp.
