Boy, I guess summer is here then. Went out around 8.30am and it was already 73 degrees. Overcast though, and some spots of rain on the run. Now I'm back inside and the sun is blaring. I'm glad I had the overcast.

Run was fine and uneventful. Still niggle in the hamstring, due to the fact that I keep aggravating it when I'm half asleep. In the middle of the night I'll wake briefly, stretch and whammo! Strained again. Oh, joy. 2nd time that's happened this past week, but I decided to just go out and run this morning and be damned with it.
