Awesome run today. Not sure why - I thought it was going to suck, due to the three Guinness I had last night. Worst part was trying to drag myself out of bed. I think I might move my alarm so far away that I need to get out of bed to turn it off.

Anyway, lots of people out this morning, and a nice cool breeze to keep us all going. They're working on resurfacing the park road, so there's a whole section where the road is just sticky. Kind of funny.

Knee pain in both knees today, but my legs we're lethargic at all. Yay.
