So this last week and a half I took a break. Was having a bit of pain in my hip and knees and felt kind of weird that I was breaking down before training even officially began. And it begins officially tomorrow. So, i went for a run today just to blow the cobwebs out and all-in-all, it wasn't too bad. I need to run early in the morning tho. Went out around 9. It was hot and not comfortable.
Anyway, looking forward to the next four months of focusing on a goal. Feels good to have two goals this summer. The marathon and finishing the book.
