Ok. Nothing to write home about. Dun. Wore a knee strap on Gaza and House today. Slight twinge for Gaza for a while, but both settled down. Didn't get the pain in my left calf today either. Stretched at home, then when I got to the park, then when I got home again.

Then rode to work. I couldn't help myself. Broke my own rule already. But I figure tomorrow is my day off. Doesn't matter if I'm tired from today.
