Was in Connecticut this morning after staying with friends, so didn't get to run until late this afternoon. Was supposed to run a 7, but it was really hot and sticky. I remember now why i prefer running in the morning.

Pretty bad run, but was happy to go as far as I did considering I was basically a running puddle.
