You guys were cookin' with gas!
I forgot to mention that I wore my old 2120's this morning. I think the new 2130's need a bit of re-engineering on my part. This could be the cause of my leg pain before the Eugene Marathon since it felt exactly the same late in yesterday's run. Hmmm...wouldn't it be interesting if most of this leg stuff is simply the shoes? I'm beginning to think so. (Yes, Jon and I were quite proud of ourselves - disgustingly so I suppose - but it was still dark when we quit so nobody had to see us gloating and high-5'ing. It wasn't until I got in the car and thought of how painfully slow we must look when people watch us old guys - ah well - its all relative (to something).
