Treadmill
6 weel trial membership at the gym. Did 6 miles at 7:30 pace with a 1 degree incline. Its been a while that I sweat so much.

Eisenhower Park38, light winds. felt good. Felt even better when I bought 3 pairs of $135 running shoes for $89 at Sports Authority. Seems like they want to get rid of last years model. I will not have any problem wearing them out.

Eisenhower Park53, light winds. Easy long run on a warm winter day. Just could not rest on day like today. Will put the rest day in the bank for the 20 degree day.

Eisenhower Park44, windy, Was too nice out, not to get a short run in before the family came over.
I have ran past the 9/11 memorial many times, but running past it on Christmas was not easy.

Eisenhower Park28, Light Winds, Felt good. Had to watch out for the ice patches. Wanted to get a solid long run in the books and then take a two day holiday break.
