And nice link you posted, did you just write it in html to get it to be a link or did the site do that for you?
Toe is still really hurting, starting to improve but I didn't want to run on it today, I'm hoping tomorrow I can get a light workout in and maybe go for a longer run Friday to get a decent amount of mileage this week. I'll also lift weights Friday while I'm on base so at least my legs will get a workout that way too.
