Participated in BECCE's today (will define in an email at a later date) and passed, which was nice. Stood watch during the afternoon and went and worked out afterwards. Did the rower for 2000m as well. Finished the 2K in 7:48. It's just passed midnight and I've got more manuals to read and study, so off I go...

Read the third quarter of the May 2008 Runner's World Magazine. The "Wonder Women" part and the Kenya story. Good reading, kept my mind off the work. Late night ride on the cycle machine. Couldn't sleep.
