Stoney Creek 2008.05.04Beautiful day. Started in the low 40's. Guessing it was low 50's when I ended. Sunny skies. A little windy by the water.
Forerunner 305's battery was low, so just used stop watch.
Bike path was close west of East Boat Launch parking lot and west of road up to Nature Center, so ping-ponged between the ends. Had to guestimate distance.

Neahtawanta Inn 8 Mile LoopSunny but cold. 24 F without wind chill, probably 15 F with.
Ran with my Camelback M.U.L.E. since there were no water stations available (except for snow!).
Stopped for hydration around 4.5 miles (Kroupa & Central). Forgot to restart GPS after a music selection change, remembered about 1/3 of a mile down the road.
Ankles were a little sore from previous day's 6.5 mile hike, but it didn't seem to affect my running.

TreadmillTired today. I had a hard time just maintaining a 10-minute mile. I believe it's because I didn't hydrate myself properly during this weekend's 7 mile hike and 1.5 hour bout on the elliptical machine.
