Had planned on getting out earlier to not only do Lone Tree Road, but also Quien Sabe, both the climbs I did not complete over Labor Day.

Have not done Lone Tree since last July, it is a tough ride. I stopped several times to let me HR drop down before continuing, and drank an entier 72 oz Camelback plus a water bottle with Accelerade mix in that time. Which is why I didn't continue and do Quien Sabe.

On the plus side, my descent felt much better than previous, no hand pain requiring stop, don't know if I have a comparable ride to check time. On the minus, after I got home my HR peaked after kneeling down and petting the dog, went back up to 150-160 for 5 minutes, very strange.
