second half of todays 10km going with a hard setting on the trainer. I start feeling my limbs pretty well and the kilometers are counting faster and faster. Im pretty happy with today although 10km aren't much for most on W.E it's what i can do without overstraining my knees and lower muscles.
Not sure about the time though could've took longer because of some stops where the trainer was too hard on me and i had to get off and stretch for a few minutes.

Started doing some km on the cycling trainer. Wasn't watching the time so wrote 35min and realised that I dunno my resting heart rate actually ..
Trying to lose weight and I will log my activities here on WE.
At the moment I'm really heavy with 125kg @ 195cm, so well yeah.. fed myself up with 20-30kg in the last two years. Any tips on any good ways of losing weight or e.g. at what heart rate you should cycle are appreciated.
