TrackWarm up, some tempo miles, and cool down. Iced cankle for 3 hours after. Not a lot of pain. Some swelling. Ran some 6:30's in the mix.

TrackRan 12 x 440 yards with 200 recovery between the first 8 and 400 recovery between the last 4. Ran 3 sets of 4, with the first 4 at 1:27, the second 4 at 1:24 and the last 4 at 1:22. Felt good despite running 24 on Sunday and nearly tempo yesterday at 7 miles with a "celebrity runner". Followed up with a great meal of sushi. Life is good. Only thing better would have been to finish with yoga in the "Estrogen Den". Possibilities Thursday...
