Hot! 82F and 88% relative humidity when I started this morning. This humidity sucks the life out of me. I was wringing wet by mile 1.5. I tried to go slower today. Met a few other runners out. Everybody was pluggin' slow. Not sure how I can get tempo work in this week. I did swim in the ocean about 30 minutes yesterday, will do the same again today.
