12 miles @ 8:53. Out and back on the Minnehaha Parkway. I felt fantastic and a little fast. I'm sure a big part of that has to do with not running on Wednesday as well as the prefect running weather today. My legs felt fresh nearly the whole way. This was my first time running with water. It took a couple of miles to get used to, but it was not a big deal. I even got a little encouragement when I crossed paths with meyermp around mile 7. Thanks Matt!
