This was a strange run. I felt good and fast but couldn't really maintain my tempo for the last mile. I also ran right through the middle of a high school cross country meet on the east side of Nokomis. I had no idea there were XC invitationals in the city on Thursday nights; how odd. Anyway, it brought back a flood of memories which I had to work through the rest of the run.
