Reservoir and BCFirst run after the car accident!! It was pretty rough, but it's not like I've run much in the past two months. The weather was perfect, with only a minor headwind heading up the hill towards Hammond, and the only annoying part of the run was the sun in my eyes around the reservoir. I didn't think I'd have enough oomph to turn it on a bit up Chestnut Hill but fortunately I kicked it up a notch a bit and went for it.

Biking to school. Got to about St. Paul St when I got doored by a parked car and flew off my bike, fracturing my left radius. At least the accident happened across the street from the health center. No more biking or running for a few weeks, sadly. :(

Home from Jeff's. Not a bad ride considering all of the heavy groceries I was carrying. It was also really nice to have my tires filled to 100 psi instead of 20. What a difference!

Market Street LoopPhew. I went out at around 11:15 a.m. which may not have been a good idea considering the position of the sun in the sky. It wasn't terribly hot and there was considerable shade, which was good. The run went pretty well and although the hills were killer at the end, that's not anything new. I'm feeling much better about getting back into things now that it's week two of training. Fantasized about drinking iced tea on the last leg of my run.
