i just signed up for this site -- it looks awesome! my HRM was being wonky (reports my max HR as 239, which i highly doubt is true) so those are approximate and based on what i remember while riding.

this route is not one i'm likely to do again -- the overpass of rt. 1 on skyline blvd is very dangerous, requiring crossing multiple lanes of entrance traffic, and it's a freeway for that section. also, the winds were very strong and gusting that day, which made it additionally unpleasant.
