47, Windy. Took it easy for the first 6 and then opened it up for a 7:00 pace for the last 1 1/2 miles. Felt good

Eisenhower Park45, Windy, Was very slugish for the first 6 miles. The head wind was tough. The last 4 was a nice pace.

Garden City 5mile Turkey Trot38, Light Winds. Big field with alot of spectators. Was very strong at the end. Slowed down to much during mile 4. Must have been the group I was with. 155 out of 2289 overall 10th out of 187 age bracket.

Treadmill stress TestNot sure of the distance or speed. He cranked up the incline until I told him I had enough.

Eisenhower Park40, 10-15 winds. Felt a little slugish. Physical tomorrow. Make sure the heart engine is working the way it should. Its scary when they close down a race course for a ambulance to help a down runner.

Eisenhower Park45, 10-15 winds. Nice late afternoon run. Felt real good. Nice to have a week off from work and run in the daylight.

Long Beach 10k Turkey Trot28, 15-25mph winds. I enjoyed this race despite the wind. Always wanted to run the boardwalk overlooking the Atlantic ocean. The last 1 1/4 miles with the wind at my back was nice. 23rd out of 281 overall, 4th out of 25 age bracket.

Eisenhower Park31 Strong Winds. 35mph head wind was brutal. Still better than than the hot summer death march.
